Jason has been involved in competitive sports for his entire life, having played Premier Baseball through high school and attending Douglas College for 2 years where he was an All-Conference All-Star in his sophomore year. In 2003, Jason moved to Prince George to pursue his education at UNBC, and in 2005 began competing in bodybuilding. In 2007, Jay made the switch to competitive powerlifting continues to compete in Powerlifting. Jason taught at the bullpen baseball school in New Westminster, BC, for 2 years from 2001-2003, is an NCCP certified coach, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Jason takes great pride in applying his knowledge to Xconditioning athletes and seeing them grow as athletes and individuals.

Mike takes great pride in delivering the best guidance and insight in the world of strength, fitness and sports performance. Mike has trained with weights himself for over 20 years, and is a certified personal trainer. Mike’s interest in physical performance keeps him constantly seeking new information and education about training and related topics. He has much experience to offer his clients at Xconditioning.
Mike is passionate about training and is continually training himself for powerlifting competitions. As a competitive athlete himself in the sport of powerlifting, he has had great success at all levels. In 2005 Mike made the transition from training only for his own goals to training athletes to help achieve theirs. He takes great interest in training competitive sports athletes and has from the start – helping Xconditioning get to where it is today – a private training center that is home to some of the brightest young athletes this country has to offer.

Tara Green, NSCA-CPT
Assistant Personal Trainer
Tara was born and raised in Prince George. From the age of three, skiing was her sport of choice. She started competing in freestyle skiing at the age of 11 and had much success at the provincial level. Always naturally strong, she began strength training in 2005. Tara joined the Xconditioning Power Team in 2010 and has since experienced success at National Competitions. Recently she took on the challenge of Strongman competitions and earned the title of BC’s Strongest Woman. Tara has been involved in the fitness industry as a trainer since 2006. She is both a Certified Personal Trainer, as well as a certified Fusion Fitness Instructor.

Brad has been a Certified Personal Trainer for over 10 years, and has been involved in the fitness industry for over 15 years. Brad brings a strong background in fitness to the Xconditioning team, and takes great pride in employing the Xconditioning programs and maximizing his members’ potential. Brad recently competed in his first powerlifting competition of May 2010.
