What We Do

At Xconditioning, we make better athletes. Using our tried-and-true training methodologies, we teach our athletes to safely and effectively strength train, and we supplement their strength training with speed, explosive, agility, and cardiovascular training. The result? Bigger, stronger, faster, more explosive, more in-shape athletes. At Xconditioning there are no secrets, just sweat, hard-work, and commitment.

Our private strength facility can accomodate class sizes from an individual athlete to a team of 20 members, and our class structure ensures when you are training with Xconditioning, you are the only class in the gym, giving you the instructors undivided attention.

Few Words About Us

In 2005, long-time powerlifting teammates Mike Webber and Gibby Chasse began training a small group of local hockey players over their summer offseason. Employing the same training methods that were guiding them to powerlifting championships every year, Mke and Gibby worked hard with their athletes all

offseason, and sent every one of their athletes into training camp bigger, stronger, faster, and more in shape than ever before. The results spoke for themselves, and Xconditioning was born. Since 2005, Xconditioning has been growing exponentially, and in August 2008, the Xcondtioning training facility was opened. With their own compound, Xconditioning has been able to branch out to all explosive sports, including hockey, football, baseball, soccer, and speed skating, and is home to some of the most talented young athletes this country has to offer.

The team at Xconditioning takes great pride in our athletes' success. We work with all of our athletes to accomodate their athletic goals, and give them the greatest opportunity for success in their chosen sport.
