Be your personal best with the best!

We work with all types of clients!!  It’s true we work with plenty of athletes but we also work with anyone looking to improve up on their health and fitness.  Looking to get into weight training but don’t know where to start?? Want to shed a few pounds and get into shape? Skip the wandering around in the abyss of the unsupervised weight room and let our expert training staff show you the ropes with one of our Personalized Programs for the general fitness go-er.  Don’t be intimidated, our gym is an incredibly friendly and supportive community, and all of our Personalized Programs are designed for your current fitness level and goals and coached by our expert training staff.  Some of our programs include (but are not limited to!):

– The I don’t know where to start but want to get into shape program (Introduction to Fitness and Weight Training)
– The I generally want to look and feel better program (Full body Training and Recomposition)
– The I signed up for the Tough Mudder and wanna smash it program (Obstacle Race Prep)
– The I like cool things like Sandbags and Kettlebells and Tires and Ropes and want to use them program (Functional Training)
– The I got hurt and am done physio but need to start exercising again (Post-injury and rehab)

Our training team has an extensive background in the fitness world, and we will make sure you learn techniques safely and effectively, building up your fitness, strength, knowledge, and confidence as the program progresses.

With this program you can expect:

– Introduction to and execution of all basic weight lifting movements
– Safe and effective technique improvements
– Improvement in cardiovascular health
– Knowledge and confidence in fitness


We know you’re busy – that’s why we offer a flexible training schedule – book in when it suits your schedule best, and with our different times, your weekly attendance can be tailored to fit your schedule and goals.  Booking times are flexible and are as follows:
