Have you been recently injured and are worried about what you can and cannot do before getting back into a regular routine?? Have

no fear! Our expert training staff can safely and effectively design your Post-Injury Program to make sure you are increasing your strength and cardio over the course of the program.

With this program you can expect:

– Safe and effective progressive programming
– Working to manage and improve injury symptoms and underlying issues
– Reintegration back into a regular fitness routine

*Please note that we are NOT physiotherapists and you must be cleared to return to exercise before beginning the program.

We know you’re busy – that’s why we offer a flexible training schedule – book in when it suits your schedule best, and with our different times, your weekly attendance can be tailored to fit your schedule and goals.  Booking times are flexible and are as follows:
