Not quite into the extremes of the sports of powerlifting or bodybuilding, but still want to big, strong, AND swole?? Our Powerbuilding Program is PERFECT for you!

This program is a hybrid training method that lies somewhere between bodybuilding and powerlifting – get the best of both worlds with a shared focus on strength increases AND hypertrophy (increasing muscular size)!!

With this program you can expect:

– Increased strength and power on the big lifts
– Increased muscular size and definition
– Overall body recomposition into a strong, muscular machine

We know you’re busy – that’s why we offer a flexible training schedule – book in when it suits your schedule best, and with our different times, your weekly attendance can be tailored to fit your schedule and goals.  Booking times are flexible and are as follows:
