Our Group Fitness is an adult program that gets you outside the traditional fitness box and gets you into shape in different ways – AWESOME and FUN ways. Seriously, why not enjoy going to the gym??
Our no-frills workouts run 60 minutes in length 6X daily every weekday in our Prince George Facility – with a flexible schedule and the most advanced training available today, we offer Prince George’s best fitness program for a reason! Get into shape in a friendly, competitive group atmosphere led by our expert trainers – you’ll be itching to come to the gym after you knock out some of our custom-designed workouts and you’re hooked with our passion for fitness and for your success.
Open to men and women 18 years of age and up of all fitness levels (some fitness experience is recommended but not necessary – anybody can do it, you just have to…do it), our members are fitness-passionate people looking to make long-term, permanent changes to their body and health. Your membership gets you access to any and all of our 30+ hours of classes
each and every week – so there’s no excuses not to get it done. Our circuit-based-crosstraining-classes are fully structured and use a blend of many of the most effective fitness tools to get you strong, lean, and looking and feeling great!! Mondays – Full Crosstraining Circuit – giddy up and kick the week off right! Sweat off the weekend with a dynamic selection of exercises including bodyweight exercises, weights, plyometrics, sleds, sledgehammers, sprints, rowers, and everything else under the sun!
Tuesdays – Spinfit and Weight training – get your swole on in the weight room with some big multijoint exercises including the bench press, shoulder press, cleans, squats and deadlifts, and then get your sweat on with interval training on the bikes or rowers.
Wednesdays – Full Crosstraining Circuit – Start off every class with a 3 minute challenge and get over humpday the right way! Get your mid-week butt whipped with a full body workout including bodyweight exercises, weights, plyometrics, sleds, sledgehammers, sprints, rowers, and many, many more!
Thursdays – Crosstraining Circuit with Weights – let the weekend prep begin! engage in a full body circuit including multijoint exercises like the bench press, shoulder press, cleans, squats and deadlifts, along with a full-body cardio blast!
Fridays – Crosstraining Cardio – The week’s biggest heart-thumper! Get sexified for the weekend with a full body cardio blast including sprints, jumps, bikes, rowers, and even some dreaded burpees.
Saturdays – Power/Strength Training – Pumpatron! Increase your lean muscle mass, burn calories, and get STRONG! This strength and power only class focuses on multijoint exercises like the bench press, shoulder press, cleans, squats and deadlifts…nothing like getting jacked for your Saturday night!
Our memberships are the gateway to fitness happiness! With the choice of unlimited classes, punch cards, and a bunch of membership lengths, we offer total flexibility for our members.
