Now in our 7th year of hockey-specific training, we have athletes experiencing success at ALL of the highest levels in the sport.  We now have alumni athletes in the NHL, AHL, WHL, NCAA, CIS, BCHL, AJHL, KIJHL, Major Midget, and every minor hockey level.

Our programs are designed by our head instructor, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and are meticulously designed right down to the smallest detail – our programs focus on athletic development and performance – increase your power, speed, strength and agility with our tried and true training programs.  All training sessions are fully structured and staffed by one of our performance trainers – leave nothing to chance this year and get ready for next season the right way – prepare the X way.

New this year:

We’ve launched a whole new set of programs this year – we still have our returning full and half summer full prep programs, but we’ve also released a conditioning program, as well as monthly training packages – providing more flexibility for those of you not able to commit to a full summer program.

No Structured Ice

After much debate, we have decided we will not be offering any structured ice this year – we felt the demographics and cost of the on-ice product was too challenging and not meeting our standards, so we have instead focused solely on off-ice training, allowing athletes more time in the gym to prepare for the season, and providing you with the absolute highest quality hockey-specific strength and conditioning training program.

Programs and Booking

We continue to offer full and half summer programs, and NEW this year we are offering monthly training packages – meeting your needs on a flexible, individual basis.  Athletes will also have a greater flexibility for booking training times – making it easier to fit that oh-so-important offseason training into everyone’s always-hectic schedule.
