Have our head trainer Jay Cook help you meet your offseason goals through proper nutrition and supplementation – Jay is well-versed in nutrition for performance, and can help you gain or lose those needed pounds. Whether you need more size or need to lean up, Jay has a personalized meal plan for you. An accomplished bodybuilder and powerlifter, Jay has been helping clients reach their personal fitness goals through nutrition for over 5 years. This one-time consultation and meal plan is designed and fully customized to fit your current goals – after an extensive conversation and questionnaire, Jay will design a specific meal plan based on your current fitness situation and goals that will cover diet, and supplementation.
