Weightloss and Performance Nutrition Consultation

Have our head personal trainer Jay Cook help you meet your fitness goals through proper nutrition and supplementation.  Jay is well-versed in all aspects of health, wellness, weightloss and fitness nutrition.  Whether you have goals as a competitive athlete, or are looking to lose weight and be healthy, Jay has a meal plan for you.  An accomplished bodybuilder and powerlifter, Jay has been helping Prince George clients reach their personal fitness goals through nutrition for nearly 5 years. Jay’s bodybuilding resume includes:

Jay has also coached several Prince George male and female competitors through to competition, including Cristina Heslenfeld (pictured), who went on to a 7th Place finish and the “Best Body” Award at the 2009 Miss Canada Universe Pageant.

Jay offers nutritional consultation and the services provided are to help you achieve the goals listed in an initial survey.  The nutritional consultants at Xconditioning are not registered dieticians, and therefore their meal plans provided are not designed to cure disease and are not approved by the Canadian College of Registered Dieticians.  Any client with an identified metabolic, diabetic, or other nutritional disorder will not be accepted and will be referred to a registered dietician.

How the Consultation Works:

Once signed up for a program, Jay will provide you with a meal plan designed specifically for your personal fitness needs and goals.  Through daily emails, Jay will help you eat right, manage your weight, and meet your goals with ongoing consultation.  These diet plans are progressive in nature and will be adjusted by Jay as needed.  Stop the guesswork and start looking and feeling like you want to!

One Time Nutritional Consultation – $125

This one-time consultation and meal plan is designed and fully customized to fit your current goals – after an extensive conversation and questionnaire, Jay will design a specific meal plan based on your current fitness situation and goals that will cover diet, supplementation, and cardio training.  There is no ongoing consultation with this plan – it is a one-time consultation. You will have the opportunity to review the plan and submit any questions you have, but just one time. The one-time consultation can be used for weightloss, lean gain, or competition situation.

60-minute Sit-Down Consultation – $75

This one-time consultation is a 60 minute sit-down conversation in which you can ask as many questions and get as much information as possible in the 60 minutes allotted.  No current meal plan will be provided but all questions will be answered regarding nutrition, weight training, cardio training, and supplementation.  Pick Jay’s brain and get the answers to the questions you need!

Three Month Ongoing/Progressive Nutritional Consultation – $250

A complete 12 weeks of diet, cardio, and supplement consultation, structured to your personal goals (weightloss, muscle gain, etc.).  This program includes an initial evaluation at our Prince George facility and startup plan, as well as daily emails and feedback – this consult is progressive and the meal plans will evolve with your body.

Six Month Ongoing/Progressive Nutritional Consultation – $400

A complete 24 weeks of diet, cardio, and supplement consultation, structured to your personal goals (weightloss, muscle gain, etc.).  This program includes an initial evaluation at our Prince George location and startup plan, as well as daily emails and feedback – this consult is progressive and the meal plans will evolve with your body.

One Year Ongoing/Progressive Nutritional Consultation – $700

A complete year of diet, cardio, and supplement consultation, structured to your personal goals (weightloss, muscle gain, etc.).  This program includes an initial evaluation and startup plan, as well as daily emails and feedback – this consult is progressive and the meal plans will evolve with your body.
