This training program is open to kids of all fitness levels aged 8-12. 

Each program runs 8 weeks in succession.  Sessions run on Thursdays from 3:30-4:30pm.

Our Kids Fitness is a fun and engaging program that introduces kids to fitness, and teaches them proper body movement and control, bodyweight strengthening, as well as cardiovascular training.  


The kids will be in a small group with one of our trainers, and will participate in various exercises that are age-specific and designed to make fitness fun and challenging!

With this program you can expect:

– Improvements in body movement and control
– Physical improvements in body strength and cardiovascular stamina

- Fun and engaging fitness!


Our Kids Fitness Programs run for 8 weeks.  The next program runs January 9 - February 27, 2020

We keep class size to 10 so each child gets the appropriate attention.
