Saturday, August 22nd - lifting starts at 9 am sharp

WEIGH-INS:
FRIDAY, August 21st -
9 am - 11 am & 3 pm - 5 pm at the venue
cost: $150 includes t-shirt*
*must sign up before July 31st to get a shirt

All lifters (including first-timers) are welcome!
