Athletic Performance

Ages: This training program is open to athletes of all sports born in 2000 or earlier.

Our Athletic Performance Program has produced some of Prince George’s finest athletes such as the NHL’s Brett Connolly, Nick Drazenovic, and Brandon Manning – we have athletes competing at every professional and amateur level of many sports including hockey, baseball, football, soccer, basketball, speed skating, motocross, alpine skiing, BMX, triathlons, mixed martial arts, boxing, cycling, figure skating, and golf!

Our Athletic Performance Program is a must-attend for any Prince George athlete looking to make significant strides in overall athletic performance. This fully structured, shared group program focuses on the key areas of athletic performance for the ever-evolving athlete.  We will help identify your athletic needs and goals and address them with detailed, individual workouts each and every day, and our Personal Trainers will teach and improve your age-specific components of athletic performance, greatly improving your performance during competition.Xconditioning - personal training, group fitness and rehabilitation

Training Times:

Booking times are completely flexible and are as follows – Athletes may book in between the following times (their session must be finished by the second time listed. i.e., must be done by 1pm):

*note that during XFIT classes at 6am, 7am, 9am, 12pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, and 7:30pm, the turf side of the gym will be in use so athletes will be engaged in strength training.
